“FRS“ stands for “Free Radical Scavenger.“ The primary ingredient in FRS® is Quercetin, a very powerful all-natural antioxidant. Antioxidant molecules neutralize or “scavenge” free radicals to slow or prevent the cell damage free radicals cause in the body

We recommend consuming 1-3 servings of FRS® products per day – one in the morning, one in the afternoon and more whenever you need extra energy.  For example, if you are exercising, we recommend consuming FRS® products 30-45 minutes prior to starting to exercise for best results.  You can safely consume FRS® any time, including at meals.

We recommend 1-3 servings per day. You can adjust this based on your lifestyle, caloric requirements and activity levels.

Unlike many other “energy drinks” or products formulated with high amounts of caffeine, sugar, or chemicals, FRS® products are not intended to create a “high”, “crash” or “jitters”. Instead, FRS® works at the cellular level to produce natural sustained energy so you don’t experience the “dips” or run low on energy.

Some people may feel the effects of FRS® right away, while others may not notice the benefits until they’ve been consuming FRS® regularly for a few days.

​Quercetin is one of the most common flavonoids in the diet and is found in many fruits and vegetables.  Almost everyone consumes small quantities of quercetin as part of their normal diets, about six mg per day on average. A serving of FRS has between 250 and 325 mg. Quercetin is readily digested and metabolized in the body.

​An expert analysis found that there is no known toxicity level for quercetin. For those sensitive to stimulation, start with 1 serving per day and work up to the recommended 2-3 servings per day. Many individuals and pro athletes drink 3+ servings per day.

FRS products are very safe.  All of our ingredients are classified “GRAS” (Generally Regarded As Safe).  Should you have a special medical condition or concern, we always recommend consulting with your doctor or medical care professional before consuming our products.

​Most ​FRS® products are the natural bright yellow of Quercetin.  Those few products which are not yellow have natural colors derived from fruits, vegetables, or spices.

​Over time, certain natural ingredients such as Quercetin tend to fall out of suspension.  This is a completely normal process and nothing about which to be alarmed.  ​We do recommend shaking or stirring our products before consuming, to ensure the Quercetin and other ingredients are evenly dispersed throughout the product.

FRS® products are not tested on animals.

​We use the highest grade and purity of quercetin and so sometimes it can stain your clothes. We recommend blotting your clothes with water or taking to the dry cleaner in the exceptional event this happens.

​FRS contains seven essential vitamins and the all-natural antioxidant, Quercetin.  You may detect mild natural aromas. We always recommend chilling and shaking or stirring any of the beverage products before consumption for the ideal tasting experience.

Unopened FRS® Drinks and Concentrates can be stored at room temperature. For an optimal tasting experience, we recommend chilling them before consumption. Once you have opened a Drink or Concentrate, please refrigerate.

FRS® was not formulated to withstand high temperatures, so we do not recommend using for cooking.

​We do not recommend freezing any products other than the Soft Chews.

The Best-By date is the date by which we recommend that you use the product for the best physical and sensory experience. Generally, you can consume FRS® products for up to 8 weeks after the Best-By date. Depending on the product, the Best-By date will be located on the bottom, side, or neck of the product.

We promise a minimum of 30 days shelf life on all orders unless a different Best-By date is stated on the product page at the time of the order.

Q-Force Chews are caffeine-free.

We use a variety of natural sweeteners in our products, including brown rice syrup, stevia, sugar, evaporated cane juice, juices, and erythritol (a natural sugar alcohol). ​Please visit our Product Comparison Chart to see which products use which sweeteners.  This information is also available on the product pages for each product.

Stevia is a sweetener and sugar substitute extracted from the leaves of the Stevia Rebaudiana plant.  Stevia is 30 to 150 times sweeter than sugar,  but contains zero calories. ​Please visit our Product Comparison Chart to see which products contain Stevia.  This information is also available on the individual product pages.​

Erythritol is a natural sugar alcohol. Our products contain seven essential vitamins:  C, E, thiamine (B1), riboflavin (B2), niacin (B3), B6 and B12.

FRS® Healthy Energy® and Q-Force® products do not contain Amino Acids.

FRS® Healthy Energy® and Q-Force® products do not contain Milk or other Dairy.

Inulin is a naturally-occurring dietary fiber produced by many types of plants.  We use Inulin to help keep the Quercetin in suspension in our liquid products.

Most of our products are the natural, bright yellow color of Quercetin.  Some of our Soft Chews contain natural colors from fruits, vegetables, or other plants.

FRS® Healthy Energy® and Q-Force® products contain only natural preservatives, such as Vitamin C.

FRS® Healthy Energy® and Q-Force® products contain only natural flavors.

FRS® Healthy Energy® products and Q-Force® Original Orange Soft Chews do not contain fish oil or other animal-based ingredients. Q-Force® Immune+ Citrus Soft Chews contain Omega 3’s from fish oil and gelatin.

​Our Soft Chews contain a very small amount of corn starch, which is used as an anti-caking agent in one of the dry ingredients.  No other products contain corn or corn derivatives.

The FRS® Healthy Energy® and Q-Force® Soft Chews contain soy lecithin, which is used to improve the texture of the Soft Chews.

This is a very rare occurrence.  However, we do not recommend consuming that particular chew if the wrapper appears to have been opened or tampered with.

Our bottles are all recyclable PET with the number “1” in the middle of the recycle triangle.
