Health Champions

Afternoon slump? Not on my watch.

Trying to stay healthy can be a challenge with fast-paced lives filled with deadlines, kids, travel, errands and everything else except sleep. FRS products offer long-lasting natural energy and powerful antioxidants to improve physical endurance and mental function so you can manage everything without compromising a healthy lifestyle.

Everyday stress can produce excess free radicals that damage cells. The patented FRS® Healthy Energy® formula contains seven essential vitamins and powerful antioxidants like quercetin and green tea extract that help combat these free radicals. In fact, quercetin, the core ingredient in FRS, has been proven to support the immune system and improve mental function. And, FRS has low calorie, gluten-free, dairy free and vegetarian options as well as various product forms to meet your lifestyle needs.

1

Start your day right: Enjoy the benefits of quercetin, green tea and seven essential vitamins with one FRS Capsule, along with multivitamin and fish oil supplements every morning.

2

Fend off mid-afternoon munchies and increase mental function: At your desk, take an FRS Capsule with 16oz water. Snack on Greek yogurt and a handful of homemade trail mix (recipe below). At home, take your Capsule with or mix 2oz of FRS Concentrate into a fruit and vegetable smoothie. Add a scoop of your favorite whey protein.

3
